Under the expert guidance of their module convener, Tim Hill, an Associate Professor in the esteemed Faculty of Business and Law and a seasoned ex-management consultant, the students wholeheartedly engaged in the task. They meticulously examined various aspects of the application process, identified areas for improvement, and proposed innovative solutions. Notably, their recommendation to create promotional videos highlighting the councils' values and showcasing the experiences of current graduates garnered significant attention.

We’re looking forward to working with Roehampton students again in the future.”

The commendable achievements of these diligent undergraduates serve as a testament to the exceptional education and practical experiences offered by Roehampton Business School. The consultancy project has not only contributed to the enhancement of the councils' recruitment program but has also provided valuable real-world exposure and hands-on learning opportunities for the students, preparing them for successful careers in the business world.
