The topic of the podcast was equality and diversity, Professor Sunitha Narendran spoke of Roehampton Business School’s mission of teaching about business with a social conscience, with an emphasis on inclusivity, social responsibility and public good. 

Sunitha reflected on the achievements of Roehampton Business School whilst also speaking about addressing the equality gap and continuing to empower students to choose their way of learning. Sunitha described the unique community focused experience at Roehampton saying, “Students are allowing us as a university to feature forever on their CV so I would like students to always feel welcome to engage with us and to continue their learning experience”.
