Roehampton Business School to deliver courses for Learning at Work Week 2023

The University of Roehampton has partnered with Wandsworth Council to provide two free courses in this year’s Learning at Work Week programme (15-23 May 2023).
The Roehampton Business School will be running two online courses - Business Planning, and Financial Planning. On completion of either course, attendees will receive a certificate from the University of Roehampton.
Business Planning – Tuesday 16 May, 10am–12pm, online on Zoom
Registration deadline: 12th May 2023
This course is designed for individuals who are either planning to start their own business or want to improve their planning skills for their organization.
During the course, participants will learn about the purpose and importance of planning, and the key elements of a business plan for both new and existing businesses. The course will cover the creation of strategy, financial, marketing, and operational plans.
By attending this course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to create effective plans that will help them achieve their business goals. The course is open to all interested parties, regardless of their level of experience.
Financial Planning – Thursday 18 May, 10am-12pm, online on Zoom
Registration deadline: 16th May 2023
The course is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to translate their business strategy into financial figures. Attendees will learn how to determine marketing and sales activities that will contribute to their business's financial success and help drive better decision-making.
By attending this course, participants will gain an understanding of the importance of financial planning and how it can help them achieve their business goals. This course is suitable for individuals at all levels of experience who want to improve their financial planning skills.
