Stuart Semple elected President of the Primate Society of Great Britain

Roehampton Professor, Stuart Semple of our School of Life and Health Sciences has just been elected as President of the Primate Society of Great Britain (PSGB).

The UK's national primatological society, PSGB is dedicated to the advancement of primate research, conservation and captive care.

Prof Semple, who will take up the role from 1 January 2022 said “I have been a member of PSGB for over twenty years, and having benefitted so much over those years from its activities I am keen to contribute to the future success of this outstanding organisation. I am hugely honoured to have the opportunity to lead the Society as President in the coming three years.”
