Improved bus services for Roehampton

The University of Roehampton will be extending its free shuttle bus service to Hammersmith Bridge from this September.

Originally launched in September 2018, the service ran from Barnes station along Roehampton Lane, with stops at the main campus and at Whitelands.

In response to student demand (including the Student Union's #More72 campaign) and feedback from prospective students, the service will now be extended, running from Hammersmith Bridge to Danebury Avenue (a short walk away from Whitelands campus), via Barnes station and the main campus.

The revised service will start on 16 September, and to manage demand, the service will be dedicated for Roehampton students and staff. Students and staff will be asked to show an ID card when boarding. Buses will run every 20 minutes from 7.45am till 5.40pm, with the first two buses each day running an extended service from Putney.
