Prof. Essau, Professor of Developmental Psychopathology at the University of Roehampton, joined as a panelist at Sunway University’s Psychology online event series – Conversations about Emotions, Relationships and Growing Up.

These series of open discussions featured expert panelists from the field of psychology sharing the ways in which psychology plays a role in multiple aspects of our lives. Topics included the science of feelings, mending hearts and the trials and tribulations that come with relationships, and lifespan psychology to explore our psychology from birth to adulthood.

Prof. Essau said: “It was a great pleasure to share our research on “Super Skills for Life”, a programme which we designed to help young people cope with stress and emotional difficulties such as anxiety and depression.”
