This year’s annual Combined Universities Brain Imaging Centre (CUBIC) conference was held at Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL) and was attended by over 40 members from the four partners universities (RHUL, University of Roehampton, University of Surrey, and Brunel University London).

University of Roehampton members provided three presentations related to their work within our Centre for Research in Psychological Wellbeing (CREW). They discussed:

  1. Alleviating Difficulties in Emotion Regulation in Cigarette Smokers: A Concurrent tDCS-fMRI Study - Milena Rota/Paul Faulkner
  2. NutriMOOD, a neuroimaging study into the anxiolytic and antidepressant potential of a high omega-3 fatty acid supplement – Chris Kelaiditis
  3. Prefrontal Cortex and Putamen Grey Matter Alterations in Cannabis and Tobacco Users – Paul Allen

You can view the slides from their presentation here.

Next year's CUBIC conferences will be hosted at Roehampton.
